Technical Support

As an innovative and technology-oriented company we provide practical engineering tools and data management systems based on the high quality solutions developed by our partner Siemens PLM Software.

The successful applicant will be responsible to provide technical support for our U.S. activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • pre-sales technical support and demonstrations
  • first line of telephone technical support
  • BCT product installation and configuration

Qualifications:

  • college degree
  • experience with NX and Teamcenter 
  • experience with design standardization and reuse
  • willingness to travel up to 2 weeks per month in the U.S.
  • must be able to manage your own time
