BCT aClass Documentation
The user can find a class using its name, ID or alias from the "Find class" function of the toolbar.
- Search criteria
Search by name, ID, alias or all (Optionally a custom label is available if CUSTOM_CLASS_LABEL is configured) - Search filter
Enter the search expression (wildcards are allowed). By default all classes are found that contain the search expression. *, ? and "" are supported. (see Definition of the search criteria) - Clear
Clear the display and the filter - Match count
Clicking will display the number of matches in the results database (matching classes). The count is displayed in the status bar of the BCT aClass main window - Start search
Clicking will start the search using the selected criteria and wildcards - Results
Displays the results of the search - Sort order
The found classes will be displayed in alphabetical order
A search criteria and a search filter must be defined. After using the "Start search" button a list of the appropriate classes will be displayed. Double-clicking a found class will update the directory tree and the preview with the appropriate class.
