How to create your Siemens Support Center account?

In the Siemens Support Center you will get access to the software downloads, license files and other helpful information.

To create an account, please proceed as follows:

1) Visit the Siemens Support Center page https://customer.sw.siemens.com/en-US

2)  Click “Log in” at the top:

3) Select "Register":

4) Enter your name and a valid email adress:

5) Next, verify your email adress. Herefore you will receive a confirmation email:

6) To get access to your products, you need to link your account with your Siemens customer number (Sold-To). You will find the required information (Sold-To + WebKey Access Code) in your Siemens license file:

7) Fill out your contact details:
